About Us
We’re a team of six Hudson Valley residents, who launched Fermata to give our community in Marlboro a place to pause and reconnect.
Our cafe menu is built around the idea of accessible gastronomy. We approach coffee like mixologists, choosing ingredients that enhance the flavor notes of each roast, rather than masking them.
We aim to serve you the best version of what you already love, alongside unique specials that incorporate the flavors of our region.
